Pregnancy and Covid Vaccine issues, Ginger for blood sugar levels

Scientific evidence in human and animal research shows that ginger can lower blood sugar sensitivity and reduce insulin resistance.  In addition, ginger root functions as an anti-inflammatory, decreasing overall inflammation in the body.  Overall internal Inflammation (not swelling, like from a sprained ankle) is an important indicator of disease.  Ginger also helps reduce pain and promotes a healthy gut bacteria.  It is important to purchase organic ginger root to avoid the heavy pesticide levels.  After I wash my ginger with natural soap, water and white vinegar, I slice into small pieces and add to my yogurt, salads, soups, everything.  On average,  I eat about one half a ginger root per .  You can also juice the ginger and or add to smoothies.

Baking soda has a number of amazing health benefits.  It is commonly used as an antacid for stomach issues.  Studies have shown that drinking baking soda in water  can help during pregnancy by helping pregnant women who are having a slow or difficult labor.  In 20% of these cases, baking soda helped pregnant women avoid C-sections.  Research performed by the National Institutes of Health suggests baking soda may be a safe, effective treatment for autoimmune diseases.  It has also show to decrease inflammation in the body and athletes use baking soda to enhance performance.

A worldwide moratorium on the use of COVID-19 vaccines in pregnancy has been advised until randomized clinical trials can document safety in pregnancy.  Compared to the flu vaccine, covid-19 vaccines were associated with a significant increase in adverse events during pregnancy.  A published peer reviewed study titled  “COVID-19 Vaccines: The Impact on Pregnancy Outcomes and Menstrual Function,” found that COVID-19 vaccines delay menstruation and also cause health issues to pregnant women and their unborn child such as miscarriage, fetal chromosome abnormalities, fetal cardiac disorders, fetal cardiac arrest, fetal growth abnormalities, low amniotic fluid, fetal death / stillborn.  The data showed that there was also a 27 x higher risk of miscarriage across the board compared to women who did not receive the COVID-19 vaccine during pregnancy.

Chiropractic and Infertility:  Case studies support consistent chiropractic care for infertility issues. Correcting spinal misalignments can help couples conceive successfully and with no intervention or procedures. Multiple case studies have shown that couples with infertility issues have been found to have spinal misalignments, leading to dysfunction of the reproductive systems. After being under consistent chiropractic care, many of these couples were able to conceive and carry a pregnancy to full term.  The function of the central nervous system is vital to the function of the entire body. Spinal misalignments can cause nerve interference that interferes with proper communication between the spine and the rest of the body. This can lead to dysfunction within the body, including the reproduction system. Infertility can be linked back to spinal misalignments due to nerve pressure on the nerves that control reproductive function.  Once neural impulse flow is restored the odds of becoming pregnant increases dramatically.  Thankfully, regular visits to a New Orleans chiropractor can restore spinal health to increase overall health of the body.  Just think that if you ever have had back pain in your life, there is more than likely a spinal subluxation putting pressure on the nerves to your reproductive organs.  It only makes sense to have your spine checked prior to becoming pregnant.
