Eggs shown not to raise cholesterol levels
Doc J Zimmerman discusses the benefits of eating eggs, plus other healthy news.
Tea and coffee have amazing health benefits. Tea, particularly green tea has been linked to a decreased risk of stroke, diabetes, depression, and improved blood pressure, abdominal obesity and glucose levels. Coffee is associated with a reduced risk of premature death, cardiovascular death, heart disease, cancer, fatty liver disease, cirrhosis and diabetes. Coffee and tea should be organic to avoid contamination from heavy metals and other toxins from a non-organic environment. Drink your tea and coffee without milk. You can add lemon to your tea. Pregnant women should not drink coffee or tea due to it’s caffeine content which has been linked to low birth weight, fetal heart problems and behavioral problems later in life.
