Drink Coffee, Live Longer!

Vitamin E is an extremely important fat soluble vitamin and antioxidant that helps to fight inflammation, produce red blood cells, support immune system function and when taken with vitamin K contributes to heart health.   Vitamin D deficiency has been shown to contribute to cognitive decline, cardiovascular disease and increase risk of certain cancers like prostate, breast, colon and lung cancer.  11 medical studies concluded that low levels of vitamin E increase the risk of colorectal cancer.  Other medical studies have shown that by supplementing the diet with natura vitamin E you can lower your risk of lung cancer  by 60% and decrease prostate cancer tumor formation by 75% and also inhibit growth of breast cancer cells. Another important tidbit is that vitamin E prevents Linoleic acid from being oxidized into toxic chemical byproducts in the body.  Linoleic acid is a fatty acid present in vegetable oils, meats, nuts, seeds and eggs.  Most people store linoleic acid in the body at a rate 10 times higher than normal levels.  Science reports that excess linoleic acid is a primary contributor to disease.  It is very important when choosing your vitamin E supplements to choose natural, not synthetic.  And the best form of vitamin is also the “dry” version because of the better absorption rate.  I personally use the supplement brand NOW.  Vitamin E-400 IU D-Alpha Tocopheryl, Dry, Antioxidant Protection. This product is easily found on Amazon for $15.00 and will last for just over 3 months.

Drink coffee?  Research has shown that if you are over age 45 and drink two cups of coffee per day, you lower your risk of dying by 30%.  This study was conducted on 19,896 people in the Mediterranean region.  Another European study found that four cups of coffee per day lowered the risk of dying from a health condition by 64%.  Please keep in mind that an actual “true” cup of coffee as measured in these European studies is actually 16 tablespoons of liquid coffee!  The typical mugs of coffee that are drank here in the United States hold at 2 x the amount of coffee in the study or more.

Covid-19 vaccine update:  A recent research paper published in Cureus  ( Cureus: Journal of Medical Science is peer reviewed open access general medical journal using prepublication peer review) found that there was significant increases in serious adverse vaccine reactions among those that received the Covid-19 vaccine injections along with an “ unacceptably high harm to reward ration.”   The study also found that for every life saved when factoring in absolute risk and the “number needed to vaccinate,” there were nearly 14 times more deaths caused by the modified mRNA Covid-19 injections then by the actual virus.  The study was retracted and removed by the journal weeks after publication despite being medically peer reviewed for accuracy.  One of the study’s authors called the retraction a “stunning act of scientific censorship.”   The authors did have an inkling that this would happen as they stated that their “evidence -informed paper was an all-out indictment of the Covid-19 vaccine enterprise.”
