Aspartame linked to cancer. Human race dependent on honey bees

Please do not forget how important the honey bee is to the survival of the human race.  Last year, 48% of honey bee colonies were lost compared to the previous year.  More than 130 fruits, vegetables and nuts and 35% of the world’s crops depend on pollinators such as bees.  The USDA estimates this is the equivalent of 1 out of every 3 bites of food that go into your mouth!  Farmers cannot grow blueberries, almonds, apples and loads of other crops without honeybees.  A huge contributor to the problem is parasitic mites that have come from Asia.  We can all do our part by making sure that our gardens have plenty of flowering plants to attract the bees.

Poor spinal alignment effects your discs by causing them to lose the ability to hydrate.  Discs are made up of a gel dependent on water.  The discs act as shock absorbers between your vertebra.  Misaligned vertebra effecting hydration will cause your disc height to decrease which then leads to less disc space, disc bulging and herniation.  Naturally, along with the disc issues comes neck and back aches and pain.  Chiropractic care is vital to maintaining spinal alignment.

The World Health Organization has officially named the popular artificial sweetener aspartame (brand name Nutrasweet) as a potential carcinogen.  The ruling comes from the WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer. This is a particularly gratifying for me, as I have been writing about the dangers of all artificial sweeteners for close to 20 years.  Please remember that brand names Splenda and Sucralose are also considered to have negative health effects.  Your best bet, if you want zero calories are all natural sweeteners stevia and monk fruit sugar. Lastly, Agave syrup also makes good a low glycemic index sweetener choice.  A large 2022 study found that people who consumed artificial sweeteners had a overall higher cancer risk.

Inflammation in your body decreases your rate of how fast you get well from illness and disease. Inflammation is nearly always a contributor to neurological dysfunction. Sugar, omega 6 fats, trans fats and processed vegetable oils are the biggest contributors in your diet to inflammation.

COVID Vaccine:  A preprint study, initially printed in the British medical journal, LANCET published a systematic review of autopsies in people who died following the covid-19 vaccine. The review found that up to 73.9% of post vaccine deaths were likely caused by the injection.  The study found 325 autopsies that were performed after covid vaccines were given and the person had died shortly after the injection.  Of the 325 autopsies, 240 cases were determined to have died from the vaccine.  The most common reasons were cardiovascular (53%), respiratory (8%), multiple organ systems (7%).  The mean time from vaccination to death was 14 days.  Most deaths occurred within the first 7 days.

Pregnancy Prenatal Chiropractic Care Info:  Having a cold during pregnancy will not harm the fetus.  Unfortunately, that cannot be said for the many over the counter medications some people take when they are sick.  Colds are very common. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimate that adults have an average of 2 -3 colds per year.  The chances of catching a cold while pregnant are higher because the immune system functions at a slightly lower level during pregnancy.  According to science reports, catching a cold will not harm a developing fetus, and the pregnant person will typically recover in a week or so.  People are also more likely to catch potentially more serious infections, such as the flu, during pregnancy. This means that taking steps to prevent illness is important during pregnancy. There are many natural things one could do to help fight off a cold during pregnancy that will not harm your unborn child.  Vitamin supplementation with known immune system booster such as vitamin C, D, zinc, quercetin and elderberry extract can help your body overcome a cold during pregnancy.  In addition, chiropractic’s positive effect on the immune system is well documented.  A chiropractic adjustment can help increase the body’s infection fighting immune cells and help a pregnant women get over their cold faster.
