Parsley (flat leaf Italian and curly leaf French) has a very strong nutritional content.  Commonly, both varieties are discarded at the end of a meal as just a colorful garnish.  The plant, which is an herb is high in vitamin A, C, K, magnesium, potassium and folate.  Parsley is also high in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties. Parsley also has a nutrient called apigenin which has been shown to slow cancer growth and improve memory.  You can grow your own parsley indoors or out in pots or in the ground.  The best way to harvest the plant is to snip close to the ground to continue new growth.

Developed nations requiring the most neonatal vaccine doses tend to have the worst childhood mortality rates, according to a peer-reviewed study published July 20 in Journal of Medical Science.

“Health authorities emphasize that vaccines save lives,” according to lead author Neil Miller. “Yet our data suggests that when developed nations require two versus zero neonatal vaccine doses, or many versus fewer vaccines during infancy, there may be unintended consequences that increase all-cause mortality.”  Miller, director of the Institute of Medical and Scientific Inquiry in Santa Fe, New Mexico, has been researching this topic since the early 2000s.  The study found that there are statistically significant positive correlations between mortality rates of developed nations and the number of early childhood vaccine doses that are routinely given. Further investigations of the hypotheses generated by this study are recommended to confirm that current vaccination schedules are achieving their intended objectives. The childhood vaccine schedule in the USA from birth to age 6, includes 38 vaccine injections.

Chiropractic Pregnancy Prenatal Care Info:  Prenatal care, as the name suggests, is the healthcare you get during your pregnancy. It consists of regular medical checkups that may include various types of tests and exams, along with a chance to discuss what might happen when it comes to your pregnancy, labor, and the delivery of your baby. Prenatal pregnancy care also includes chiropractic examination and care for the pregnant women’s musculoskeletal neurological structure. It is vitally important the pregnant pelvis is in proper alignment.  Fixated, misaligned pelvic joints change the shape of the pelvic opening where the baby exits the womb.  In addition, when the pelvis is out of sync, the round ligaments become tense and painful which can also decrease the space in the uterus that the baby has to move in.  This can result in a pregnancy breech birth position.
