Prevent Heart Disease and Colon Cancer

Colon cancer is the third most diagnosed cancer in the US and the second leading cause of cancer related death.  Research shows that colonoscopies lower your risk of colorectal cancer diagnosis, but they do not reduce your risk from dying from colorectal cancer.  Research published in 2017 found that taking an aspirin every day was as effective for preventing colorectal cancer incidence and death as colonoscopy.  In addition, 80% of the endoscopes used in the colonoscopy procedures were cleaned with Cidex, a chemical that fails to properly sterilize these tools, allowing the transfer of infectious material from one patient to the other.  If you are having a colonoscopy, make sure the clinic or hospital is using peracetic acid to disinfect their scopes, as this sterilizing agent kills all bacteria from previous patients.

Heart disease is the number one cause of death in the US killing one person every 34 seconds.  Brown University recently concluded a study that found which micronutrients are best for your heart and lower your risk of heart disease.  Omega 3 fats as in fish oil and walnut oil, folate and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) were the top 3.  Omega 3 fats lowered your risk of heart disease and reduced risk of heart attacks. Folic acid (vitamin B9) reduced the risk of stroke and heart disease and CoQ10 also lowered risk of heart disease and all-cause mortality.

Viagra was originally purposed as a medication for high blood pressure.  As it turned out, Viagra had a popular side effect which changed what the drug was prescribed for.  A new study has found that Viagra use reduced the risk of Alzheimers disease by 69%.  Sadly, other side effects of Viagra include:  vision loss, hearing loss, heart attack, stroke and irregular heartbeat.  The main reason Viagra works for blood pressure, erectile dysfunction and now Alzheimers is that Viagra increases the body’s production of Nitric Oxide (NO).  You can have the same health benefit effects as Viagra by consuming more nitric oxide rich foods such as beets, garlic, leafy greens, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate and pomegranates.

Fire retardants are chemicals placed in furniture, pillows, mattresses, infant car seats and fabric blinds that protect against fire.  The EPA banned the most popular fire retardant due to health hazards, but its replacement is just as dangerous. Studies show the fire retardants increase liver, thyroid and neurodevelopmental toxicity in children and even alters liver function and increases the risk of diabetes.  Look for natural fire retardant free alternatives.

Vitamin C and Quercetin are extremely effective in home early treatments for flu and covid-19.   Both are part of the covid-19 treatment protocol called Math+, developed by the Front line Covid-19 Critical Care Doctors organization.  In addition to C and quercetin, the doctors recommend zinc, melatonin and vitamin D3.

Omega 6 fats are the most common fat in the American diet.  Most people consume 25x more omega 6 fats than needed due to processed foods and condiments which are loaded with Omega 6 fats from seed oils.  Too much omega 6 fats causes inflammation in the body and leads to disease. To stop the accumulation of omega 6 fat in your cells, you need to eliminate seed oils from your diet (canola, vegetable, grapeseed, flax seed, etc) and replace with non seed oilds such as olive, walnut, avocado and coconut oil.  Cooking with butter, beef tallow and ghee is acceptable.  Avoid processed foods and eating animals raised on grain.
