More Flu Prevention, Plus Pregnancy Care Info

Supplementation with vitamins D and C, zinc, quercetin, and melatonin has antiviral effects, boosting immune response, and can reduce viral replication. These nutrients are necessary for a normally functioning immune system.. Zinc is a major player in the creation of the body’s DNA, helps with the growth of cells, building proteins, healing damaged tissue, and supporting a healthy immune system.  In addition, Zinc inhibits viral cell reproduction.  Quercetin, is a strong scavenger and anti-inflammatory agent and can be effective for both prevention and treatment of viruses.  Quercetin is a natural compound that acts as a zinc ionophore. This means that quercetin pushes zinc into the body’s cells where the zinc can be most effective at fighting the viral load. Foods that commonly contain quercetin include onions, apples, grapes, berries, broccoli, citrus fruits, cherries, green tea, coffee, red wine, and capers.  Foods that contain zinc include oysters, but it's also plentiful in red meat and poultry. Other good sources are beans, nuts, crab, lobster, whole grains, breakfast cereals, and dairy products.  For viral protection, most researchers recommend 15 mg of zinc and 200mg of quercetin daily.  If viral symptoms begin to occur, 2 doses of zinc (30mg) and 500mg of quercetin have been recommended.

Covid-19 vaccine and heart issues:  4 different studies (Swiss, Japan, Australia, Israel) have all recently reported that the mRNA covid vaccine has caused multiple kinds of heart injuries including heart inflammation called myocarditis. The studies concluded that mRNA vaccines don’t stay at the injection site but instead travel throughout the body and accumulate in various organs; mRNA-based Covid vaccines induce long-lasting expression of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in many organs; Vaccine-induced expression of the spike protein induces autoimmune-like inflammation; Vaccine-induced inflammation can cause grave organ damage, especially in vessels, sometimes with deadly outcome.

Pregnancy Prenatal Chiropractic Care Info:  Many pregnant women have reported that their labor was shorter and they experience less discomfort if they received chiropractic care compared to previous pregnancies.  Pregnancy trained chiropractors have modified approaches that make chiropractic adjustments easy and more comfortable.  During pregnancy, the center of gravity changes (as the belly size increases) placing more stress on the spine and pelvis. Regular pregnancy chiropractic adjustments along with other healthy habits, create the best opportunity for a healthy, happy baby ( and a very comfortable pregnancy).
