Chiropractor discusses chiropractic success rate
Chiropractor's Thought for the Week: Chiropractors typically see patients that are in pain and looking for pain relief. 80% of chiropractic patients achieve 100% success, 10% achieve improvement, but not total relief, 10% of chiropractic cases will not have success at all. We call this the 80-10-10 rule. The 10% that do not have relief from the chiropractor usually have a condition that has reached limitation of matter. Degeneration to the spine is so bad and the condition has persisted for so long that the chiropractor cannot help and may only be able to offer temporary relief. In those cases, chiropractors help by finding the right doctor for the patient. The good news is that 90% of people who enter the chiropractor office achieve improvement or complete resolution of their problems.
